Payment Options

The Henrietta Animal Hospital promotes a team approach to patient care using advanced principles of medicine delivered with compassion. We are committed to our community and providing the best possible client/patient care.

 

An important part of our mission is making the cost of optimal care as easy and manageable as possible for our clients by offering several payment options. Henrietta Animal Hospital requires

payment in full at the end of your pet's examination

and/or at the time of discharge.

 

Payment Options:

 

  • Cash

  • Visa, MasterCard, or Discover Card

       Credit Cards require a valid driver's license for identification

  • Check - We require a valid driver's license and Social Security number for identification

  • Care Credit - Available for invoices totaling $200 or more.

    • Requires pre-approval, valid driver's license, and Social Security number

    • Allows you to begin treatment IMMEDIATELY and pay over time

 

Please note:

A deposit of 50% is required before extensive services are performed. Henrietta Animal Hospital charges $31.50 for returned checks. Clients who miss or cancel an appointment, without a 24 hour notice, will be charged a fee of $51.
